“The trades are the future” said Glenn Richerton (M61, Columbia University graduate) during his guest appearance on The Concern Live. “It’s nothing but indoctrination. Everybody should be going to trade school, become an electrician or a welder. Something that gives you real life skills.”

Richerton, an ivy league graduate himself has paid for the tuition of all 5 of his children. Jane Richerton, the youngest of 5, is currently in medical school to become a medical doctor and recommends joining the trades. “With how expensive books and student loans are becoming it just doesn’t make sense to go to college anymore”.

Richerton’s oldest son has established his own law firm that specializes in DUI representation “Richerton and Murray Legal” and gives this advice to young people “Not everyone has to go to school, I represent plenty of people that didn’t go to college a day in their life and they’re doing fine.”
