PARIS – This past weekend featured riots across France, second only to the most recent weekend of riots a couple of months ago.

“This one is about the quality of our schools, or something.” A masked rioter told us, carrying a large flat screen television.

“This thing? Oh, I uh, I bought it over there.” He told us, pointing at an electronics store with a smashed front entrance.
